me and is, by all accounts, a lovely bloke. But what exactly is the problem that he’s highlighting here? Does he honestly expect estate agents to point out every single step in a property before a viewing?

Seriously, though, if you've got no arms or legs you don't realistically expect the world to meet you half way, do you? You just have to accept that your life will be a bit ****.
