They're quite tasty for 4 minutes in the microwave.

Been living in my own house 2 months and still not used a saucepan. Can't cook that well and can't be arsed with it.

acceptable facsimiles of actual, proper food.

Or healthier in respect of stuff like brown rice, wholemeal pasta etc.

Sure I only have 3 meals a day :-)

Well perhaps not a lot but certainly of a level that with planning you could avoid, if you were that health conscious in respect of your diet.

Do not kid yourself that you are eating anything remotely healthy.

all together with better planning.

But they are cheap, convenient and, in a nasty, artificial, processed-with-f**k-loads-of-****-to-deceive-you-into-thinki ng -it's-actual-food kinda way, sort of tasty. But I'm confident that I still manage to maintain a generally good diet in spite of this weekly vice.

Now what about you, fattyboombatty?

I don't give two f**ks what people eat, I was simply asking as I know our resident respected author is an advocate of healthy eating.

Reasonably healthy with the odd dose of crap, as I expect most people are.

And far from fat, oh no.

Would it be fair to say you're seen better days?

enough food, to be honest. You always remain hungry.

But one can be active without for example going to a gym as you may, or being involved in team sports.

I would have been very involved in various sports for over 20 years of my life and have never ballooned to be a fat or even over weight c**t.

idea why I was staring into the fridge. I then walked away, having taken nothing from the fridge, only to realise a few minutes later that I'd meant to get the yoghurt out.

I should basically kill myself now, I reckon. :-(
