We had a great walk (Boxford) today and finished it all of with a pint and an excellent lunch at The Five Bells (Wickham)

They have been voted as one of the top 16 pubs in the country, Excellent beer selection and very impressed with their food.

In those days there was the Old Crown at Skirmet where the food was excellent. You could sit in the garden in the Hambledon valley watching the Kites wheeling through the sky.
