I suppose you lickspittle c**ts are all for him looking back at how he got on with his players rather than what he won for the club.
'Winning medals isn't the only measure of success' and all that bollox.

Always been my biggest gripe with the chap. Puts the well being of his staff before the greater glory of our club.....as I once said a long time ago....gallosocialist surrender monkey!!

Ultimately its been his undoing because the ungrateful *******s have never really produced for him since 2006, especially the youth he put his blind faith in in the 'big experiment', rewarding above and beyond contribution to maintain an even distribution of wealth. Pah! what did they do? got up and left for more money or to win stuff. backstabbing ****ers

Who is this guy in the management that was Sri Lanka boss? Can't we just give him the job.

If not - what is Gary Kirsten up to? Can we not make him an offer that he couldn't refuse?

Jesus? Dr King? Gandhi? Confu?

What I'm asking is, who inspires your personal philosophy?

In general my "personal philosophy" as you put it is formed entirely by me what with it being personal. At the cornerstone of said philosophy is the welfare of a few others, but formed by me.

Friends or family perhaps on occasion, people I know or those that I may come in contact with.

Football is played on the pitch in my world, little interest in hearing Wenger speak about it before or after games, or indeed others, my comment is in no way a negative reflection on the man. Similarly players when away from games I have little interest in.

You won't find me hooked up to various social media feeds to hear from (or see) players when off duty, their thought etc.

Why? Because I couldn't give two f**ks.

Fortunately, he has just been appointed as Warwickshire CCC Head Coach, so he should be off the market for a while.

It's the captain's job to inspire.
