I have the following available to watch. Which would you recommend?

Nightcrawler
Under The Skin
Boyhood

Thang you very much.

Haven't seen Under the Skin, but Scarlett Johansson gets the lot out.

Boyhood is tedious, interminable drivel.

Besides from that I've heard it's v good.

Haven't got round to seeing it myself.

Boyhood is excellent, but Berni hates it because he's daft.

I'm just trying to save a friend from three hours of relentless f**kery and that's the thanks I get? *******s to it.

Like I said, Negative Nigel.

There are ways to break to a chap the news that he's spunked 16.99 on a bluray of unwatchable ****. You could let a chap down gently.

Here's the plot:

Little kid. Separated parents. Little kid gets older. Parents have difficulties with each other and new partners. Kid gets a bit older. Same ****. Eventually, kid becomes a solipsistic, navel-gazing c**t like his parents, bores the tits off everyone and then, mercifully, f**ks off to college and the f**king thing finally ends.

I'm just off to Dennis to pick up a couple of steaks and it occurs to me that it's years since I had a rump steak. Years and years.

I'll be chewing the f**ker until Monday, won't I? :-(

I remember eating rump steak and chips in a pub/restaurant as a kid and thinking it was the most sophisticated thing ever.

The late 70s/early 80s were a different universe, weren't they?

There were so many good things though. Black Forest Gateau. Scampi. A glass of orange juice on a plate served an an hors d'oeuvre.

Magical stuff.

helps. Oooh, maybe I should have a steak sandwich tonight? The missus is away and it might be the way to avoid the allure of the kebab shop.

So she will be eating a spud.

The steak sandwich may well be the answer.

I shall prepare a mess of caramelised onion to which I will add a great deal of red chilli. This shall form the topping to the sangwech.

My suggestion is to make a massive one to allow for this eventuality.

We shall watch Boyhood.

Berni

Honestly, Boyhood is well boring. No sex, car chases, fights, shooting, disasters or even half-decent banter.

I'm just trying to spare you a very boring time.

Berni said *******s/ Plural. Please tell me you simply missed this and didn't instead choose to ignore "being above that sort of thing."
