was even ruder second time round . said she could do tommrow but not today and told me five times already that but i could not see another dentist. I got bit annoyed with her manner and said she did not have to be so rude and then left.

Maybe should not have lost my cool although did not shout but she was so f**king rude it was unreal. no customer service skills at all.

anyway don,t know what to do. book emergency for them tommrow and have to call back receptionist i just got in a tiff with or maybe book emergency private
