Will participate in the Viking-Kangaroo challenge in the dual event Football/cricket on the 21st. "Soccer" not AFL.

Made a few observations after having been through two cricket training sessions:

1: Cricket players are not poofs.
2: The ball is about as soft as a billiard ball.
3: Bowling is bloody difficult.
4: Batting is bloody difficult.
5: Catching a ball hurts.
6: If the ball touches your head, you will most likely die.

At one of the golf clubs there is s strict dress code. T-shirt is fine, singlet and thongs not.

The difference between wearing "a thong" and "thongs" is quite substantial, I've learnt.
