Obviously not in restaurants or when you're cooking fancy food at home.

it's going to increasingly look like your wife is only with you because you take her to Thailand 6 times a year.

Is that what you want?

I know why my wife is with me, and it's nothing to do with regular trips to Thailand.

It's the safaris she's sticking around for.

Let's face it, you're almost certainly going to die at least two decades before her.

She's gonna be on the phone to Bonhams' vintage car department before the end of the funeral ceremony.

body fat as near zero as they possibly can. Not that anyone sane wants to look like that, of course, but the point about carbohydrate's role in creating fat reserves is pretty much unarguable.

cutting out carbs altogether, as you rightly point out, are for mentalists like bodybuilders.

There's a diet called Keto where you cut out out carbs completely, eat moderate protein but have loads of fat.

What happens is when your body is starved of carbs, what it burns into glucose to fuel your body, it will then turn to burning fat to create ketosis which means fat becomes your primary energy source. Basically you're constantly burning fat. It's a paradox because you have to eat a lot of fat to burn fat (because your body needs the fat for it's fuel)

I recommend it highly if you want to lose weight quicky but keto also eats into your muscle mass so yeah you'll lose weight but your muscles will be affected as well. It's a great quick fix but a bad lifestyle choice.

The best diet is simply count your calories, weight training and cardio.
