Cut pretty deep pockets and pressed the edges together. Flour, egg, panko, flour, egg, panko. Shallow-fried for 8 minutes, then into the oven for 12. (They were big breasts)

I don't really understand how or why it worked, it just did.

I can think of few things worth getting competitive about, now that we're not teenagers any more. Even amongst these few things, attempting to massage one's ego by dipping pieces of dead hen into a sort of edible glue, as a sporting activity, does not feature.
