Went for a walk by the river and saw all manner of waterfowl doing their birdy thing in the sunshine, while picturesque river barges puttered by.

Lovely weekend all round. I hope it was as nice for everyone?

Tosser trying to turn off the roundabout from the outside lane darts right in front of me.

I was thinking about these roundabouts and driving in general.
I'd say most people have no idea what they are doing.

Then a rather good roast beef lunch at the Henry Vlll at Hever. The Yorkshire pudding a grand invention, is it not?

This morning was somewhat less acceptable as I got in my car at 06:30 to drive to High Wycombe for a meeting, only to receive a text message asking if we could reschedule. I was tempted to return to bed but went for a run instead.

In an aerobatic aeroplane one sideslips every approach.

next Sunday. It shall, of course, be accompanied by vast quantities of Yorkshire pudding, with those that are not eaten hot being reserved for me to eat later cold with ketchup :eat:

This butcher also sells big lumps of salt beef. I shall certainly be taking advantage of this at some point.

A great big lump of roasted meat is generally easiest, isn't it? Also it's harder to f**k it up.

Or I could go with snin's boiling oil on the table idea?
