With Sanchez looking about the best player we've had since the Inwinceables, Ozzy and Feo back and scoring and Santi in the form of his life, Olly's gone under the radar a bit.
I actually reckon that helps him.
RvP got just under 0.5 for us and under 0.6 for ManU. In his best season for us, his ratio was just under 0.8 (both for league and all goals.)
Since RvP left, we've been saying 'imagine this team if we'd kept RvP. Me want Higuan etc.' Would be a laugh if Olly stays fit next season and gets 0.8 goals a game or more.
That goal vs Villa from the Ozzy flick was about the first time I've seen him score a 1-on-1. Ok, his 3rd touch almost f**ked it up, and his 4th still left it hard for him, but he scored with a lovely finish. Maybe he can keep doing this now.
Fancy him for the winner (though I obv. hope we win it easily.)
