I've made up my mind. I'm going to spend some John Lewis vouchers on a deep fat fryer this weekend. It's been too long since I just fried a bunch of ****.

Last night I made these excellent cheeseburgers with string chips, but had a bit of an oil overspill so the deep fat fryer was minging.

I also made the world's most garlicky aioli :hehe:

Each one lasts about 6 months. They're only 40 quid or something, it's well worth it not to have some gopping thing mouldering away on the worktop.

the wasabi fresh was crazy..i had no need for a line after having some of it..my nose tickled like a barstard. still got up at 6am with hangover and did 8.5 mile run to work thru snow flurries ..was bootfiull. im full of joys of winter B :) also going to munich / austria / garmish for weekend end of march now..so a good day and eve thanks
