To be manipulated to suit the kicking game...the league used to supply new balls till about 06 when Manning convinced Brady to join him and petition the NFL to allow teams bring their own balls, which they will have broken in and 'rubbed' up in practice, during the previous week....of course the NFL, trying to get as much offense as they can, agreed....Brady likes a softer ball, Rodgers freely admits to over inflating his, but only the evil Patriots get in trouble! :rubchin: the Vikings have a heater warming their balls on the sideline but it's not even mentioned..it's an issue that's being overblown in the media by the likes of Mark Brunel , Jerome Bettis and Dawkins...all players who've lost big games over the years to the Patriots.....rant over!
