They'll be donkeys ears sprouting up around many kitchen tables this morning.

complete non-story only to then make them all look ridicules is pretty damn impressive, you have to say.
Watching the anti-page 3 lot celebrating a 'victory' they did nothing to bring about was pretty funny, too.

facing an enormous bank of video screens and manipulating all this for weeks, until last night he presses the button. Just because he can.
Cue hideous, dessicated rictus.

Stella Creasy's squirming embarrassment is almost palpable
Quote:
“So Sun going back to doing #page3? bit like drunken letchy uncle at a wedding who doesn’t get the message. Makes everyone uncomfortable.”

you don't want to turn the page from it immediately in case people think you're some sort of hoity-toity pooftah, but you don't want to look at it for so long that people think you're leering at it, either. It's a fine balancing act.

Though they obviously can only stretch to Nespresso, which is an otherwise unsophisticated chink in their poncey armour.

I go to this place in Covent Garden and get done by an 'Artistic Director' :-(
She makes me.

I favour Turks. They are surly, but thorough and don't annoy one by attempting conversation. They also do stuff like burn hair out of your ears, which I like. The fact that my hair resists any form of innovation, meaning that I have essentially the same haircut regardless what I do is a factor, too.

but you can run your hand through it, these days. If anyone tried that when I was younger, you used to have to call the Fire Brigade to extricate them.

"every **** has them nowadays, not to mention the beard and regrettable tattoos" I protested. I then turned around to see three grumpy men with side-partings, beards and tattoos looking less than impressed with me.
