This is the man whose club has 27 players out on loan, only 6 of those are from their youth development, the rest they have bought from abroad, mainly to stop other clubs from buying them

I point that out as the Richtard has used that as a reason Chelsea were able to pass despite it taking place after accounts were submitted. Probably means they are sorted for next year

who are using various loopholes to get around these arbitary stipulations laid down by an autocratic body, which are quite possibly illegal anyway. What Billy is saying is everything is quite out in the open

Personally I think it is more likely that the whole thing will be dropped/watered down to ineffectiveness as years pass

It was a ctually mourinho's constant harping on about it amd frequent quoting of the exact fees that made me suspicious.

loopholes but in my opinion, Chelsea is a corrupt club, run by a corrupt owner, we all lknow his past and how he made his money. I simply don't trust him, end of.

How can a club can afford to buy 27 players and send them out on loan, you can check this fact on their own officila website.

Does the club really need these players or simply buy them to stop them from joining other clubs?

Of course other clubs have players out on loan but 27? Only 6 from their youth development

Well done City.

Who are those players that Chelsea bought mainly to stop other clubs from buying them??

I am aware they gazumped Spurs to Willian but he is quite a consistent first team player.

Financial I assume as opposed to 2015.

Few exceptions of course.

So they have been bought and loaned out for experience as they are unlikely, for now at least (perhaps ever), to get near first team action with them.

They are doing nothing wrong.

when you have convinced yourself that it already openly known that they are "corrupt". Of course, we could argue on the very subjective argument of the morality of what they are doing in say the case of collecting players but actual illegality - you should really be more circumspect. Stockpiling players is not actually a crime

is as much about bringing in revenue in terms of transfer fees from those youngsters who are trained up and do well out on loan as actually producing players for the first team. They are undoubtedly using their clout to exploit the system but not exactly doing anything beyond the laws. Thank God we are above being accused of such things

And it will all come out.

And quite frankly if you want to defend them so much you should f**k off and support them.

However, they buy many players, several full internationals and send them out on loan

They don't have to pay wages so still within the FFP rules

My point which you all avoided is that Chelsea should be the last club to criticise Man City as they are the Man City of the South

Mourinho or whoever, Wenger included.

It is petty and rarely serves any purpose.
