...I'm not sure what Cameron is so scared of.

It can't be Nigel, who lets face it comes across as more of a c**t than any of them.

but the question regarding Clegg is, has he actually done that badder job for the country????? Without him it could be argued that some of the laws/motions passed would have been detrimental for the country

we desperately need strong government after this election. I'd even take Ed if it meant one party in power.

the party is ****ed now but when we see what might happen in May with possible coalitions, the last 5 years might be seen in a different light

Which is why Tories expunged any mention of their last manifesto from their website.

We still remember, Dave

the next few months will be interesting. He will get a lot of press and UKIP will come under much more scrutiny. While he loves the spotlight, I think the rest of his lot will royally f**k up big time. That isn't to say that he won't. The M4 comments alone indicate he is capable under no major media pressure.

The next few months will be interesting.

and tar them with the green brush so try and put all 3 in a little **** box imo hoping then people just think of 2 main parties plus te greens will make mentalist arguments and turn whole thing into a crazy match with ukip so removing any relevance from the debate..so winning the debate

Or even worse, a Tory/UKIP c**talition

Also, the populist nature of the thing makes it an ideal platform for rabble-rousing by the likes of Farage (although in this instance I don't think Farage actually has the intellectual arsenal to really achieve much).

Basically, these debates are a dreadful idea, since they increase the emphasis on personalities rather than parties and policy. It seems bizarre to me that anyone could look at the US presidential circus and think 'Tell you what: why don't we try and make our elections more like that?'

A majority, for one.

Just think of all the poor people they could really f**k up with a majority.

The Tories don't need to do a damn thing except sit back and let people really appreciate what a disaster Milliband would be.
