Time for mobile upgrade, any recommendations?

Would be nice to have unlimited calls / texts and minimum of 1.2 GB Data Usage and 30 pound / month is ok

I prefer to stay with Android but not a must

Defintely not interested in iPhone as I don't want another morgage
