Quick question - when does the transfer window open ?

Its open but as usual there will be lots of players linked with us but very little action. As one pundit pointed out that if wenger didn't buy what we needed last year when we were fighting for the title then seems highly unlikely he will buy now when we have no chance of the title and the best players are not eligible for champions league.

In any case he only wants to buy top top quality....... but at discount prices hence why we don't do much business.

And he had all summer. If he couldnt find it then it is far less likely to happen now.

Funny that last january we had to bring in a midfielder because all of ours were injured. A year on and all the same players are injured again :hehe:

And that is why transfers are not the solution here. Buy two great players now and they will be injured in a couple of months.

If we had a regular record for injuries we would have a huge squad and wouldnt need anyone.
