Key players made bad decisions or switched off at key moments. We managed to make sure they all did it at the same time. Three consecutive errors for the first goal, two for the second.

Nothing you can do about it other than get rid of the individuals if they keep doing it. Obviously, we cant do that as we have no cover at centre back or keeper.
