If he doesnt improve his performance I am afraid to say he must be dismissed. After careful consideration, I am prepared to give him until the end of the season. Minimum expectation is 4th place and lifting the FA Cup or Champions League trophy. Anything less is gross misconduct. I will also judge him on defensive improvement, particularly on who he is able to recruit in January. I am giving him his final written warning.
