cubed small boiled potao bits then pop a couple of eggs in at the end for couple of minutes and then slide it onto some grilled ciabtata .mmmmmmmmm

they always seem to break, never had this problem before. What with my leather beef I think my cooking days may be coming to an end, I have become rather hopeless.

Your egg issue is probably just down to how much you have drunk.
if they float at top then too much air and too old the ones that sink to bottom best
