It stands to reason that Christmas Pudding should be rank if we only eat it one day a year.

If it was even vaguely edible then we would have found a creative excuse to eat it on other occasions as we do with mince pies etc.

Christmas Pudding is simply vile with no apparent use outside of the construction industry perhaps and no amount of cream or brandy butter can conceal that fact.
