After being charged with violent conduct in a previous Arsenal/Stoke clash for stamping on Giroud's shin (and then abusing him for feigning injury) he now shows off his wrestling skills on Sanchez.
How can we be caught unawares by these tactics? I hate to say it, but we need to fight fire with fire sometimes.
Wenger's first great sides could win whatever the style of the match. If teams wanted to play football, then we'd play them off the park. If teams wanted a war, then over the years we had Adams, Keown, Campbell, Vieira, Silva, Lauren to even things up - even the likes of Winterburn, Dixon and Bergkamp were strong, physical players when it came down to it, who knew all the tricks.
To let the likes of Charlie Adam disrupt our style is a joke... :banghead:
