That's the elephant in the room here: yes, the police do seem to shoot a disproportionate number of young black males, but young black males do also commit a disproportionate number of violent crimes. You can't begin to deal with the former issue without at least honestly acknowledging the latter.

The problem is that you have a white population that (not unreasonably) fears and mistrusts young black males and a black population that (not unreasonably) feels it is unfairly victimised. The black population then occasionally explodes into violence, thus reinforcing the white population's fears and inclining them to support aggressive policing of the black population. Equally, young black males often revel in their outlaw status, play up to it and thuse perpetuate the images that white people fear.

It's a profoundly vicious cycle from which I see very little hope of escape. Certainly I don't see what difference chucking money at the infrastructure will make.

The only way to sort it out is invest in them, increase social mobility. Stop the 'black population' being this motherly mass and include them in society.

It's quite easy to find the evidence debunking the theory, so I shan't bother linking you to it. However, the other really key thing to ask yourself is this: Cui bono? Who gains from ensuring the towers collapse as opposed to simply being hit by planes? In the fantasy world where the Neo-Cons needed an excuse to wage war on radical islam, how is their cause served better by the towers collapsing rather than just being hit and burning? It makes no sense.

Equally, how does anyone imagine a conspiracy that would require the silence and co-operation of literally thousands of people could ever have remained secret? It's total nonsense.
