"In this formation Sanchez played a little more like a forward and cazorla played a little more on the left flank. We play with 2 midfielders in a 4-2-3-1 with Flamini who is more defensive and Ramsey who has more a supportive role of the two forwards, Chamberlain who has almost a winger role and Cazorla who's playing as a playmaker. He's sharing the left flank with Sanchez. That means that when we have the ball Cazorla comes inside and Sanchez goes wider, and he alternates with Welbeck. Cazorla then becomes our playmaker, and Flamini especially when we attack plays a supportive role."
