tomato, black pudding and a sprinklig of Grand Panada. It did the job of an instant meal. I did accompny it with some very creamy coleslaw. Chips would've been better - couldn't be arsed to wait for them though.

Fry them at a later date in olive oil, with some finely chopped oinions. Add some chopped tomato and some diced black pudding, that you couldn't quite consume for Sunday's brunch. Mix up 3-4 good eggs, with a dash of water. Tip into your pan on a fairly stiff heat, add salt and pepper. Throw some grated cheese in, with some salt 'n peeper. Fold and cook a little more, not too much. Tip on to your plate and enjoy an omelette more than you could ever think possible.

Even Flyd could up a meal with the Sainsbury tortilla. I'm sure they are great with a banana.
