That said, I was brought up on George Graham sides, I can feel deep pangs and sharp pains every time I see both fullbacks bomb on ten seconds before we customarily lose the ball in midfield.

Seriously, we need to feel comfortable about passing the ball sideways more, there's too much pressure to play forwards all the time. If a ball isn't on just recycle it and keep the opposition chasing.
