I've just had a plate of food that contained a chicken breast, half a mini quiche, a mini hamburger, some fish goujons, chips, pasta and a loaded potato skin.

Feel distinctly unwell now. :-(

I drew the line at the little pot of jelly.

In fact, I'm going to go as far as to say that the buffet is in fact the optimum way to consume chinese food.
