may well know anxiety is this point where the subject is suspended between a moment where he no longer knows where he is and a future where he will never again be able to refind himself.
Putting his dick in a lasagna is him acting out his impotence, his lack-of-being, his lack of validation from the Other (us), in a desperate attempt to symbolically 'f**k' us right back, hoping to recapture a sense of existential grounding. Because it is low-quality, cheap lasagna, he is analogously and effectively reacting to the traumatic impact of not even being accepted by the lowest common denominator that is public opinion.

It's important to note that by copulating with a lasagna, he is also metaphorically trying to screw his own mother, i.e. win approval and wishing to be enveloped by maternal care. If he was to re-enter that dyadic mother-child-relation of plenitude and unconditional love, he wouldn't need other people's validation.
