"Carlo Ancelotti, who guided Real Madrid to the Champions League, Super Cup and Copa del Rey last season, has been nominated for the coach of the year award. Chelsea's Jose Mourinho, Manchester City's Manuel Pellegrini and Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal, who guided Netherlands to the third place in the World Cup, are also on the 10-man list for the coach award, alongside World Cup winning coach Joachim Low."

Why on earth has mourinho been nominated :banghead: ? what has he achieved in 2014 ? they won nothing last year and its only 9 games on this season. what a joke !

I mean, if so, then you can't be looking particularly far.

A chap I have very little interest in being nominated for an award which I have even less interest in.

Still, very angry.

How many of these other coaches won a trophy despite having/creating a team of midgets all out of position?

If you actually take Flamini at his word he appears to be bracketing Henry and van Persie together.

Now, I suggest you tell your boss you feel unwell and go home and watch a DVD or Sky+ recording of Henry at his peak.

Quite probably the best footballer in the world, just utterly phenomenal.

Cost us the CL Final in Paris mind you.

That's not to take away from Sanchez, a beacon of shining light in a pool of dark mediocrity.
