why is everyone creaming themselves over it - it does nothing for me whatsoever
if it was an Arsenal goal I still don't think I'd be impressed
when I first saw it I didn't see exactly how he struck it - I just thought it was a bog standard goal
and then when I saw what he did, my immediate reaction was why? why not take a normal shot?
for me it wasn't a football moment of inspired genius - it was an unnecessary, over embellished trick shot
if he had missed, and the game was against tougher opposition, everyone would be asking why he had tried something that was more difficult than was necessary
for a true wonder goal you need look no further than this
