I've had my ring resized. It was a bit loose, but they've tightened it right up for me.

And the one for my wife was a right pain as I had to go 5 different Jewellers before I could find one who was willing to do it as it was complex.

I thought if they steal a little slither of gold here a little there it will soon add up.

Jewellers in town re-sized one for the Mrs only a few months ago and I asked how they managed such magic.

They told me something about subjecting it to extreme heat which allows them to condense or stretch the thing, of course you are only dealing with millimetres here so the naked eye won't see any markage.

They could of course have fallen about the place laughing at me when I left but I doubt so as quite bluntly I had more or less charmed their collecive knickers off.
