Safe to say we couldn't afford either.

Couple of left backs and a number ten or three imo

Absolutely woeful. Should bring the price down and fit in nicely if he can pick up a knock soon

then we would pull out at the last minute as a result of our respective valuations being further apart than they were at the start.
Thus leaving us with Flamini, 346 number tens and Chambers as cover for every role at the club, including Gunnersaurus and dinner lady.

I confess to nipping out to help Mrs 7 with a shop at the end of the first half v Chelsea..
For me it really is time for change. Wenger has to go, I'm becoming so stultifyingly bored by his antics and persona that any sort of replacement, even a calamitous one, would be a breath of fresh air.

at least, unlike our other midgets, they'll have to catch him before kicking him over.

Great nickname as well

Not sure he can play centre back though.

Far more melancholy. Think we'll probably have an OK season again. Should finish top 4, get found out in the big games...

At 64, his best days are over. I don't think he's capable of anywhere near the motivation levels required after so many years in the job. It's completely unnatural in a sporting arena.

He looks very old and forlorn on that bench, full of woe and not what players particularly want to see in a manager.

do you not think there's an argument for seeing what he can do over the next few years now that the purse strings have finally been loosened?

I mean, it's hardly as if he's dragging us down into mediocrity. You say yourself that you think we'll finish top four again and that a change could be a calamity (I don't believe, as an Arsenal fan who presumably cares about the club, you would favour calamity over the status quo)

Surely he's earned the chance to see out his contract, at least? Would you not give him that with your blessing?
