and the dirty fishermen were putting their grubby fingers and hands all over the fish. These men looked like they hadnt had a wash since birth. Your sardines will have been touched by these fishermen B so think carefully.

or more likely a criminal on the run from his homeland. The trawler Captains get the workers from rundown local pubs as and when needed. You get lots of illegal immigrants hiding in these pubs.

next? You'll be drinking unhomogenized and unpasteurized full-fat milk directly from the cow's udder or other such unnatural and loathsome things.

the whole point of exercising is to eat a bit of what you fancy imo

Nothing wrong with tinned food, per se.

Even so, though, there are trade offs. I'd generally rather have a couple more glasses of wine than more food, for instance. Equally, as one gets older there are certain things you learn to restrict or even cut out. I'm lucky in one sense that I don't have a sweet tooth, so find it easy to avoid sugary stuff (which is actually the worst thing for us all).

occasional weight-lifting for narcissistic purposes. I am in much better shape than almost my entire circle of friends and family.
And all they f**king seem to do is complain about their internalized superego condemning them every time something unhealthy is served: "Oh, now I'll need to do this or that to burn off the calories", and "I feel disgusted with myself now". I don't want to f**king hear it. Save your lamentations in my presence, and let's just f**king enjoy the meal. You'll hear it at bloody Christmas as well.
I like my old man in that respect, we can have a meal consisting solely of red meat and washed down with cream, lard, gravy, beer, whiskey, and a cigar and a pack of cigarettes, and he wouldn't start moaning about how guilty he felt. Mind you, he has had a heart attack :hehe:
