then 9 mile run or cycle in and 20 mins weights - followed by at work litre of water with an efferfescent VIT B and Vit C sparkiling orange thing in it and another coffee.

Maybe a banana or an oat bar at 10 or 11 perhaps

are really hungry by mid-morning and tend to fill up on the sort of crap that's available near or in your office.

That will make you fat in the long term. Better to make time to eat something decent first thing that will get you through to lunch. I found that making time for a proper breakfast was a massive factor in helping me losing weight.
