1. If you are referring to Uranus, it has strong lumonisity from its deep atmosphere despite being a vast distance from the sun. So, all things considered, it reflects very well.

2. I have found that tin foil, often referred to as Aluminum foil outside of Europe, will reflect well off your arse if you apply it the dull side against the skin.
