From a certain date, the borders close for a unspecified period of time. This period of time could be a year or so. As such, we might have to brace ourselves for the hardship associated with no holidays for one year (unless they're in the UK).

The borders will not be reopened until the outbreak is confined withing western Africa. At this point the borders will be reopened.
