Has anyone else here suddenly lost enthusiasm for the gym ?

Or is it just me.

Up to about two months ago I was going six times a week and eating healthily etc. All of a sudden I went off it completely. Been about four times since then and am eating junk food again and smoking like a chimney. Not sure why..

Boring as f**k really. How anyone can make a stoic defense of mind numbing repetitious exercise is way beyond me.
It's a pure means to an end but that stuff's far more important in your twenties tbh
