Chambers will continue @ right back
Mertersacker will captain the side

Oxlade will play on the right side of a defensive midfield 3
Flamini will play in the centre of a defensive midfield 3
Santi will play on the left hand side of a defensive midfield 3
Ozil will play in an attacking midfield role
Alexis will also do the same
Welbeck will be our lone wolf.
Tactic is pretty simple...Ox will just drop back and give Flamini and Santi more protection. They will look to swamp Chelsea attacking midfielders and then use quick ball and their running game through Santi and Ozil to spring launch attacks via Alexis and Welbeck...Oxlade will provide an added attacking dimension with his speedy dribbly runs from deep.
