and now im trying to resist eating too much today as its been hard to get off this carbo load i started weeks ago..i think my stomach has got used to too many sweet things plus now feels empty unless full :-( coffee during day plus dinner of chicken, salad n cous cous all this week now plus no booze..back to normal by weekend i hope
