Notwithstanding one's bewilderment at this vogue for despatching photographs of the male member, it is hard to comprehend how such behaviour might be seen to interfere with a chap's capacity to govern, so long as he's doing it in his own time.

It seems silly to sack people due to silly sexual peccadilloes, even if they are happily married with five kids.
They should publish the pictures though, just for a laugh

Entrapment is a bit morally ambiguous at best, isn't it? And obtaining pictures of someone's sexual organs by deception surely must be an offence of some description? It's a bit like a sexual assault.
