View Full Version : Embarrassing barber situation: go to pay and he asks 'Do you have one of our loyalty cards, sir?'

'Oh yes', I say, unthinkingly handing it over. To my horror, it turns out I have amassed enough stamps for a free haircut and now I look like the sort of person who saves up stamps to get free haircuts. Well, in my embarrassment, I tip him a fiver to show I'm no skinflint, but even so I'm still mortified and am not sure I can ever go there again. :-(

You simply have shown yourself to be a loyal customer, not a skinflint.
Free coffee every second week for this loyal customer, no shame involved. Relief normally as one hastily looks for the requisite 2 euro only to realise it is unnecessary.

Small black coffee, extra shot.
You sir strike me as more of a bandit, a hazelnut latte something or other with foam type. Little wonder you were paying exorbitant amounts.
