Mine for example; no consideration whatsoever. They always seem to make a point of entering this world at around mid-day. A nice, gentlemanly hour, you'd think. But you'd be quite wrong because you'd be neglecting the fact that, in order to escape to the safe haven of the pub in decent order and get a decent session in before the onset of hostilities, one must gather with the lads together at the crack of dawn. Returning home at lunchtime to tally the results with the official scorers and count the survivors while entertaining well-wishers, mostly coo-ing, crying females, makes for a very long day.

Was just bitterly reminiscing on this topic with the old man. We agreed that it's almost certainly too late to do anything about it now though.
