peaceful, lawful secession from a union has been enabled by the civilised process of democracy. I only hope that if they decide to leave they do it properly without the pointless retention of the royal parasites as head of state or some such ceremonial twaddle.

They should change their flag; an illustration of a bottle of whisky and a string vest perhaps and change their name to The Republic of Scotchlandia.

Now kindly shut the feck up about it as I am bored and discuss the far more pressing concern of the abject ****eness of this Mezut Ozil fellow.

Although I'm more concerned that when given possesion on the right, left or centre I can't help noticing he invariably loses the ball and er f**ks things up quite a lot..
He then parades about in empty space with his hands on his hips while everyone else, including most of the attack try to track back.
He's not that kind of player though, so that's OK.
He will come good..

He looked a bit stiff after City and Dortmund. Don't want the hamstring to explode just yet. Let Sanogo have a go at Senderos imo

but since you mention that, he provided the best chance of the night to Welbeck. He created more chances per minute last season than any player bar David Silva last season. He was supposedly **** then.
