You pay rent for your property. The car park space is afforded to you as part of the aformentioned payment and is for you to park your car.

You don't have a car.

A bit petty to complain to somebody else for using a space for which you have no use. When you do get a car then in advance feel free to place a small but polite note to this effect for the attention of the person responsible.
