You'll be able to stagger from a Wetherspoons serving double shots of house spirits for a quid to the Yates next door offering jugs of Stella for a tenner. Step around the pools of vomit and fighting Welsh 'girls'.
Wind St. is the single nicest thing in Swansea.

Was eventually expelled for being found stark, ******* naked with a faceful of gak conducting the first movement of the Eroica on the landing in halls.

You could nip out to Mumbles to pass an hour or two but in general it is a f**king kip.

It's kind of the extreme example of what the EU will ultimately turn into. I reckon that more than 50% of the conversations I hear are in English, although the people speaking could be of any nationality. In most cases you just can't tell. In fact, there are times in Brussels when I realise that there is pretty much nothing to give away the fact that you're in a town in Belgiu, specifically. It's just 'Europe'.
Also I find it amusing how difficult it is to find the exit from a Metro station. If they ever have a fire, they're f**ked.

In Paris you really have to seek out decent food; in Brussels it's pretty much everywhere.
