pretty much what i l like ..though i suppose I avoid deserts..just one or two darc choc digestives after diner and maybe a gingerbread man with lunch..plus only have black coffee till noon and a banana.

i generally do my main run 6am to 7.30am or run home 5.30 to 7 pm..then maybe bit o gym

and always burn 7000 calories a week minimum plus work , sleep, n party fine loads of time imo

some kind of AIDS man imo.. not becoming for a man of year older years plus it ages you quicker.. body needs oils n fats n carbs n protein if running that much not rabbbit food
