Local park, 3 laps. Came off sweating in a not cool way, almost got sick. Buggered my achilles, limped for about a week to 10 days. Poor footwear you see.

Your colleagues smells are, thankfully, not going to be fatal. But think of them as an onrushing car anyway, and avoid them in the first place.
