We watch them develop in front of us over 3 or 4 seasons, then they leave. I don't think it's fair to sign players of Ozil snd Sanchez's class snd expect thrm to go from feeding Messi snd CR7 to a guy who contemplated jacking it sll in to be a postie.

We need a ready made team so we can introduce players like Sanogo in the last ten mins of games
