When will Chelsea be presented with the PL trophy, next week?

It seems its just a matter of where the other teams will finish according to the BBC / Sky Sports experts so we might as well present them with the trophy now so that we play under less pressure

The only exception is Charlie Nicholas who has us PL winners but I am not sure he counts as he may be bias.
